My Method:

Based on the Choose Again Attitudinal Healing methodology, I teach parents:
1) How to disable their buttons so that home life becomes much calmer.
2) How to remove the barriers to unconditional love.
3) The Choose Again Six-Step Process to find and heal negative beliefs in both parent and child.
4) Strategies to increase awareness of the Inherent Worth of both parent and child.
